수학을 이해하기 위해서는 우선 공리적 접근(axiomatic approach)에 대해 알아야 한다. 수학적 지식이 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과나 물리적 실험 및 이론 등에 의해 동기 부여 되어 형성되는 경우에도 공리적 접근이 기본이 된다. 공리적 접근이란, 서로 상호 모순 없는(not contradicting one another) 공리(axiom)들을 잘 세운 후, 이를 토대로 정의(definition)와 참인 명제(proposition)들을 빈틈 없이 하나하나 얻어 쌓아 올려가는 접근이다. … Read more
